Festival Band For Hire
With our two distinct styles, our set is well suited to music festivals. We have played several, including Oktoberfest 2017 where we played to over 24,000 beer fans over the course of 2 weekends. We play the folk of Mumford and Sons, mixed with the 90s pop, dance and r'n'b sounds of Montell Jordan, Faithless, and Sisqo, alongside rocking tunes by bands like Oasis, Rage Against The Machines, and The Killers. We're guaranteed to get any crowd on their feet and screaming for more. For the festival stage that requires more we can also add a trio of amazing horn players to the line-up adding some extra brass awesome-ness giving our set elements of ska and Rio style fiesta.
If you require a band of pros who know how to get a crowd going then look no further. Check out some of our live footage below.
And some more live videos of some of our folk styled covers...

Absolutely awesome band, fantastic music and fabulous people. Couldn’t do enough to make Wedfest really rock. Great sense of humour too. If you need a band to rock your wedding this is the band. Everyone dancing from the first song to the last. Thank you Mister Kanish we and all our guests loved you 😀🎉

What can we say?!We knew you were going to be amazing and had pretty high expectations for you, but you exceeded them all. We had the best day of our lives and you guys played a big part in that. Everyone kept saying how much they enjoyed it! Even our parents friends who said they had no idea of the words, but couldn’t help but dance away. We didn’t think it could get any better until you played ‘one last song...one last song’ the acoustic version of don’t look back in anger. That’s a very long winded way of saying thank you to you and the guys. We are so grateful

Oh my god....we are so rubbish....its taken us too long to write this review. We are very lucky to call the handsome lead singer of this band a good friend of ours and we couldn't have dreamed of having anyone else play at our wedding...luckily the band he is in is flipping fantastic too! Mr Kanish absolutely made our wedding reception. There was never a point when the dance floor wasn't full to the brim and our guests were blown away...we had loads specifically contact us after to ask for their name to spread the word. I literally cannot recommend this band enough. Guys, you absolutely smashed it and the 'oldies' generation moshing out to 'killing in the name of' is somerhing that we will never forget. HIRE THIS BAND!!! Love Guy and Rach X x

There are no words to describe how kind, thoughtful and incredibly talented this group of gentlemen are. From enquiring about booking them, to learning and playing our first dance outside, to rocking the dance floor with everything from Britney to The Killers, Mister Kanish were everything you could wish for from a wedding band, and more! We are eternity grateful! Thank you so very much, from the new Mr & Mrs Taylor-Holt!

Having seen you guys play at a friend's wedding, you were our very first booking for our own wedding more than a year ago and I am SO pleased you could make it. We are really pleased we chose to have the 8 piece with horns, it sounded awesome. You are all so incredibly talented and the diverse range of songs covered made it so much fun!! We have had nothing but positive comments from our guests and as your selfie video demonstrates you really got the crowd on to the dancefloor!! I am really hoping that we get to see you again soon, because you are just SO darn good! Thanks again xx

A bit of a belated review (our wedding was last October), but what can we possibly say. You guys blew our minds once again with your set, and your rendition of Party Hard for our first dance was absolutely perfect. Thanks again for being part of our day, and giving all our guests the time of their lives for the evening. If anyone is reading this and still questioning whether to hire these guys, what are you doing?! Just book already!!

Chris, Ollie and all of Mister Kanish...not forgetting the horns! An amazing set at Cafe de Paris in Soho for our company Christmas Party. No-one left the dance floor and they didn’t want you to finish! Amazing for a corporate event.

We were lucky to have Mister Kanish at my daughter’s recent wedding party. We had high hopes for them as what we had seen online looked great and they certainly didn’t disappoint. A great band, great vocals and instrumentalists, fabulous covers. Love them and hope to see them again someday.
